Ranger's Retreat

What an amazing place to stay and relax, catered for everything possible

We booked a stay at Lake Hawea Station and were limited to two nights but wanted to stay longer. We then found Rangers Retreat and truly enjoyed our 3 nights stay at this little beautiful house conveniently located in the hills. Love it.

We stayed at Rangers retreat while on a mountain biking holiday, the riding was amazing. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The house was very new and wool from the carpet was quite full on I did have to vacuum every day just to keep on top of the dust, but I'm sure this will settle down. The views over the farm land are incredible, we even got to watch the farmers muster a heard of cattle on horse back. You really get to relax and feel like you are the only ones around at this magical spot. We will be back again for sure.
